The city’s public school system is considering whether to offer more tours of the new Waltham High School, which opened in August.

Waltham residents interested in touring the facility must complete this form.

School officials have not decided whether to offer more tours, noting that they will determine if there is enough interest to schedule tours based on the number of residents who complete the online form.

The city offered several tours of the building earlier this fall.

Waltham High, located on 40-plus acres at 554 Lexington St., includes all the spaces and amenities traditionally found in a school – classrooms, an auditorium, a gym – but with state-of-the-art elements and features.

It also includes expansive collaborative spaces and a new library as well as both academic and vocational learning environments. The school offers 18 specialized career and technical education classes, with programs in cosmetology, culinary arts, environmental science, HVAC, programming and web development, and others.
