Vehicle damages residence on Grove St.

Waltham emergency crews rushed to 312 Grove St. in response to reports that a vehicle had driven into a building Tuesday around 1 a.m.

The Fire Department stabilized the vehicle, a pickup truck, and observed significant damage to the structure. Firefighters notified the Building Department to assess the impact.

One person was transported to the hospital. Preliminary reports indicate that the pickup truck struck a parked car before crashing into the building.

The crash remains under investigation.
