Shy Colton seeks a safe space to call home

Colton is a handsome but shy 3-year-old tabby. He is slowly learning to trust, thanks to the companionship of the resident cat and the kind patience of his foster family. Colton has a heart filled with love and has made great strides to show it. He now enjoys playing with other gentle pets and can tolerate being picked up.

While he is still on his journey to fully opening up, Colton has a sweet soul just waiting to shine in the right environment. A forever home with a similarly-aged friendly cat will put him at ease and bring him out of his shell. 

Because of his gentle and shy nature, he would do best in a home without young children, as their energy may overwhelm him. Colton’s sparkling personality will blossom in a home filled with love and understanding, and he’ll become a loyal and loving companion.
