Watch City Steampunk Festival spirits undampened

Saturday’s rain did not dampen spirits of people who flocked to the annual Watch City Steampunk Festival. Attendees had invested considerable ingenuity and craftsmanship into the design and construction of their costumes. A little precipitation was not going to deter them from mingling with their tribe.
