Waltham man arraigned in superior court on rape charge
Zhelong Jin, 61, of 2 Emery St., Waltham, pleaded not guilty to a charge of rape at an arraignment at Middlesex Superior Court in Woburn on Dec. 22.

According to a police report, the alleged incident took place at 875 Main St., Waltham, on Jan. 3. The address listed is that of Oriental Foot Reflexology.
The defendant pleaded not guilty at an Oct. 23 arraignment at Waltham District Court on the charge and was ordered held on $2,500 bail at Middlesex Jail in Billerica by Judge Mary E. Heffernan. Heffernan also set surrender of passport as a term of release.
Jin was released from Middlesex Jail on $2,500 bail on Nov. 5 and was indicted by a Middlesex Superior Court grand jury on Nov. 24.
He is scheduled to appear for a hearing to review status at Waltham District Court on Jan. 12.
All pretrial hearings in the superior court case are set to be complete by Jun. 18. The docket does not currently have a next hearing date set.
