Athena is a beautiful 1-year-old girl with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She’s incredibly sweet and loves being near her people. She will follow you around and make sure you’re never alone on the couch.

She’s not quite a full lap cat yet, but she’s well on her way. Athena is what we lovingly call a “lap-adjacent” cat. She prefers to snuggle right next to you, inching closer and closer as she gets more comfortable. She’s already choosing to sit beside her people on the couch in her foster home. We wouldn’t be surprised if laps are in her future.

Athena is extremely playful and loves interactive playtime. Wand toys and attention are some of her favorite things. She’s also chatty and not shy about expressing when she wants food, play or company.
