A fairly quiet late-winter stretch gets interrupted by a notable coastal storm Sunday into Monday. Outside of that system, we’re looking at a pretty typical late-February pattern — cold but manageable early, a midweek reset, then a gradual moderation with some mixed precipitation chances toward the end of the period.
