Waltham Weather Outlook: Dec. 3 to Dec. 10, 2025

A colder, more wintry pattern dominates early December as multiple fronts reinforce an arctic airmass over southern New England. The period begins with lingering snow showers Wednesday morning before high pressure settles in with dry, seasonably cold weather. An arctic cold front arrives Thursday with the potential for scattered snow showers or a brief snow squall, followed by the coldest air of the season Thursday night into Friday. A coastal system passes well south this weekend but may brush the region with light snow Saturday morning. Another cold front Sunday brings a second surge of very cold air with dry, bright conditions into early next week. Temperatures remain below normal overall with occasional light precipitation chances.
