Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission of the City of Waltham will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2024, under Chapter 131, Section 40 of MGL on the following: Notice of Intent. Applicant: Michael Colomba. Project Location: 220-26 Moody Street (aka 210 Moody Street). Map R060, Block 028, Lot 0017. Project Description: Redevelopment of an existing one-story commercial building into a five-sto- ry (plus mezzanine) hotel with a restaurant, event space, owner’s residence and parking. There will also be stormwa- ter improvements including installation of a stormceptor and an underground detention/infiltration system. Pursuant to relevant legislation, including Mass. Acts 2023 c.2; 2022 c.107; and 2021 c.20, this meeting will take place remotely. Public access will be available by Zoom call. A website will be provided on the agenda posted on the Conservation Commission page of the city’s website not less than 48 hours prior to the meeting.
