Vehicle strikes parked car, rolls over at Lowell Street and Washington Avenue 

Emergency crews responded to a rollover crash Monday night near Lowell Street and Washington Avenue.

The incident was reported around 8:25 p.m. Police said the vehicle struck a parked car before rolling over.

Responders found the vehicle’s single occupant outside the overturned car with minor injuries. The individual was evaluated at the scene and taken to a local hospital as a precaution.
