Housing: Know your rights

In this presentation, staff from Greater Boston Legal Services will explain housing rights and protections available to tenants in Massachusetts including: the rental application process, moving start-up costs, the eviction process, legal services available for eviction and more. This session will be followed by a general Q&A session.

Greater Boston Legal Services (GBLS) provides free legal assistance and representation on civil (non-criminal) matters to hundreds of residents in the city of Boston and 31 surrounding cities and towns. Older adults, low-income families and individuals, and people with disabilities look to GBLS for help to secure the basic necessities of life.
