Yemeni Bonila-Morales, 35, of 26 Garden Lane, Waltham, was released by the Waltham District Court on June 1 on the condition that he stay away from and cease contact with the person who filed charges against him. Bonila-Morales pleaded not guilty to three counts of assault and battery on a household or family member and awaits a pretrial hearing on July 16.

David Jones, 52, of 31 Whitlowe Road, Newton, awaits arraignment on the charges of threatening to commit a crime. On May 30, Jones was sent to Middlesex County Jail until a hearing on June 2, at which time the conditions for his release were set. Judge Ellen Caulo ordered Jones to abide by a harassment protection order filed against him.

Paul Allen, 48, of 1 Forest Place, Charlestown, was released by the Waltham District Court on the condition that he cease contact with and stay away from the person who filed charges against him. He awaits a pretrial hearing on July 17.
