Another stellar day. Sunshine prevails with highs reaching 78–80°F. Southwest winds increase slightly to 7–10 mph, giving the air a summery feel. Tuesday night features increasing clouds but stays mild with lows near 60°F. 

Monday, May 12 — Classic May Sunshine

Wall-to-wall sun and a continued warming trend. Highs surge to 76–78°F with a light southwest breeze at 5–9 mph. Excellent outdoor weather. Monday night is partly cloudy and mild with lows in the mid 50s. 

Sunday, May 11 — Sunny and Much Warmer

A true spring rebound. Sunny skies dominate with dry air and pleasant conditions. Highs climb into the low 70s with light north winds shifting variable by evening. Sunday night is mostly clear and calm, with lows dipping to around 48°F.

Saturday, May 10 — Spotty Showers, Slowly Improving

Rain becomes more intermittent and showery as the low slowly lifts away. Not a total washout, but expect to dodge showers, especially in the morning to early afternoon. Partial clearing is possible later in the day. Highs near 63–65°F with a northwest breeze around 7–10 mph. Saturday night turns mostly clear and seasonably mild, with lows near 51°F. 

Friday, May 9 — Raw and Rainy with Coastal Winds

A windswept, damp day with periods of steady rain, especially from mid-morning through evening. Highs struggle to reach 54–56°F under thick cloud cover and a gusty northeast wind at 10–15 mph, gusting to 20 mph at times. Rainfall may total 0.4–0.75" by evening, with locally heavier amounts possible inland. Friday night stays damp with occasional rain and lows around 48–50°F.

Partly sunny skies mix with occasional scattered showers as the slow-moving system begins to pull away. Highs rebound into the low 70s, with southwest winds around 9 mph. Showers may linger into the evening, though dry breaks are likely. Wednesday night dips to 53°F under mostly cloudy skies.
