Event Series (See All)

Discover the dramatic history right in your backyard! Join the Golden Ball Tavern Museum (662 Boston Post Rd., Weston, MA) every second Sunday of the month, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. for free, family-friendly tours. Explore the fascinating home of noted Loyalist Isaac Jones, where six generations lived across 200 years. Inside, you’ll see hundreds of original family artifacts and learn about the tavern’s unique role in the Revolutionary War—complete with visits from British spies, Paul Revere’s men, and a Weston Tea Party.

Free and family friendly. Come along and learn more about colonial life. You will see what it was like to live in the 18th and 19th century firsthand.

You can also visit our 2026 exhibit “Lost Liberties – Broken Promises.” This exhibit is sponsored by Mass Humanities and the Massachusetts Cultural Council.
