Affordable housing lottery for 73 Pond Street

An affordable housing lottery will be held in March 2025 for the new 210-unit development located at 73 Pond Street in Waltham. This six-story Class A building will offer 53 affordable units to households at or below certain income limits. Community amenities will include a large clubhouse, pool, fitness center, dog park, on-site parking, and more.
Applications for the lottery are due by February 17th, 2025, at 2:00pm. The lottery will be held on March 4, 2025, via Zoom.
