The Waltham Recycling Department is hosting a recycling and collection event!
Acceptable items:
- Paper to be shredded
- Car tires (no rims)
- CFL bulbs and CFL tubes (no longer than 8 ft)
- Button batteries (small mercury devices)
- Bicycles (in working condition)
- Computer monitors, laptops and tv’s (no computer cords, keyboards, or towers)
- Glasses for Waltham Lions Club (prescription eye glasses only)
- Cell phones for soldiers (any model of cell phone or condition)
- Scrap metal
- Textiles for CMRK (clothing)
Unacceptable Items:
- Any propane tanks (empty or not)
- Small household appliances
