Let there be songs to fill the air! Temple Beth Israel of Waltham invites you to a Shabbat morning service infused with melodies of the Grateful Dead.
August 9 is Jerry Garcia’s secular yahrtzeit (which concludes fans’ Days Between) and it is Tu B’Av (15th of Av), Jews’ Valentines Day. Temple member and Grateful Dead scholar Scott A. Tepper will help us make a fine connection between the music, Shabbat, love, and each other.
