Improv for Judgement-free Communication: Virtual workshop

Join an engaging, introductory improv class teaching the dramatic and comedic improv skills to help you become more decisive, improve your communication skills, and overcome the fear of failure. This beginner to intermediate class of applied improv tenets and forms requires no improv or acting background. Attendees will share a supportive environment and:
- Learn how the improvisational foundation of ‘Yes, and’ can improve collaboration
- Discover tools to impact close communication gaps, and increase efficiency
- Overcome anxieties around public speaking, in meetings with colleagues and clients alike
- Improve listening skills by kicking away the voice of judgement
Eight sessions. Mondays 6:45 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Jan. 12 – Mar. 16 (no sessions Jan. 19 and Feb. 16 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Presidents’ Day).
