Waltham Inclusive Neighborhoods will be hosting an info session for Waltham’s ongoing comprehensive zoning review. The purpose of this event is to educate the general public about zoning, prepare people for public speaking, and share WIN’s policy priorities for zoning reform:
- Single-family starter homes
- Modest multifamily
- Perfect fit parking
- Green space in every neighborhood, and
- Actual affordable housing
