Land Trust fundraiser at Shiva Shakti

Join us for a night of restorative and gentle yoga for all levels to benefit the Waltham Land Trust, hosted by Shiva Shakti, located above the WLT office on Common Street. From beginners to experienced practitioners, all are welcome! This is an “unwind the nervous system” class that takes off the rush and demands of keeping up with the demands of city living. Nature themes, plus calming music and forms, will be included. Optional visit to the WLT office downstairs afterwards. Tickets are $20 for current dues-paying members, $25 for non-WLT members. Register online through walthamlandtrust.org or bring cash or check made out to the Waltham Land Trust that evening.
