Meet with a customer advocate in Waltham.
Our customer advocates will be available to meet one-on-one to discuss options to manage your energy bill and help you find
assistance, including:
- Discount rate
- Payment plans
- Budget plan
No appointment is needed, but please bring the following when you visit:
- If you receive SNAP, MassHealth, SSI or WIC, please bring your benefit card and/or program acceptance letter to enroll in our Discount Rate Program.
