Public information session: Affordable housing lottery

An affordable housing lottery will be held for the new 210-unit development located at 73 Pond Street in Waltham.
This six-story Class A building will offer 53 affordable units to households at or below certain income limits. Community amenities will include a large clubhouse, pool, fitness center, dog park, on-site parking and more.

A public information session will be held on Thursday, January 16, at 6 p.m. via Zoom. Applications for the lottery are due by February 17, 2025, 2 p.m. The lottery will be held on March 4, 2025, at 6 p.m. via Zoom.
