Celebrate the start of summer with dinner and a show at Gore Place—a picnic dinner and a puppet show, that is.
The Watertown Bookmobile will be there from 5 to 7 p.m.; Good News Gus and his puppet pals perform “The Caboose is Loose” starting at 5:45 p.m.; and following the show Kal’s Ice Cream Truck will sell ice cream until 7:15 p.m.
The puppet show picnic is free to attend. The first 40 registrants will receive a ticket for free ice cream. (Ice cream will be $5 after that.) Guests should bring their own picnic blanket and dinner. We hope your family will join us for a fun filled evening of books, puppets, and ice cream!
Please use our 249 Waltham Street, Watertown, entrance. Advanced registration is appreciated. To register, visit goreplace.org.
