Strides for Education and Kids’ 5k Fun Run

The 2nd annual Strides for Education 5K & Kids’ Fun Run brings the Waltham community together for a fun, healthy, family-oriented activity in the heart of Waltham on historic Moody Street.
More than 600 took part in the Strides for Education 5K and Kids’ Fun Run held last spring by the Waltham Education and Beyond Foundation (WEBF), including roughly 80 kids ages 5 to 8.
Kids who sign up this year will receive a finisher’s medal and a coupon for a free kid’s ice cream from Lizzy’s.
The WEBF is also offering free race t-shirts for the first 750 participants. Funds raised from the event benefit programs in Waltham public schools.
