Stronger strides, fewer injuries: The ultimate running workshop

Calling all runners! Whether you’re chasing a PR or just trying to stay injury-free, this workshop is for you.

Join us for a 75-minute running seminar led by Dylan and Jared of the Flight Team and Dr. Erica Rowden, DPT, from MGH and Flight Coach. We’ll cover:

  • Common running injuries and how to prevent them
  • Strength training essentials for runners
  • A full warm-up you can use before every run
  • At-home exercises
  • A take-home nutrition guide

You’ll leave with practical tools to help you run stronger, longer, and pain-free.
