Supper on the farm with chef Dan Lane

Please join us for an unforgettable evening alongside our beautiful growing fields. Together we’ll celebrate the bounty of our farm and the strength of our community!
We’ll gather at one table for a multi-course meal, served family style, featuring tasty dishes for vegans, gluten- and dairy-free eaters, and omnivores alike.
With an eye for new twists on old favorites and enjoyable innovations designed to broaden his menus, Waltham resident chef Dan Lane has worked for some of the best area restaurants, including Biltmore Bar and Grill in Newton, the Blue Room in Cambridge, Bison County in Waltham, and the Union Straw in Foxboro. In the spring of 2022, Lane donned the apron as executive chef at The Tack Room in Lincoln. A multi-award winning competitive chef, Lane is also the producer of his own line of dry rubs and sauces.
