The Annual Corn Roast at Gore Place

Celebrate the sweet corn season during the annual corn roast at Gore Place, the historic estate in Waltham. Enjoy roasted corn freshly picked from local farms, dance to old-timey music by the Ruth and Ben String Band, have some Frosty Boston ice cream, and browse for books at the Waltham Public Library Bookmobile. Also available that evening is the ever-popular Mighty Squirrel Biergarten! The event is free to attend. Guests pay for food and drinks à la carte.
Bring a picnic blanket to stay and enjoy the music or you can take away. This is a great way to support local farms, local food and your local museum.
