SUMMARY:Tea Tasting
DESCRIPTION:Explore the world in a cup of tea. Tea can be sweet\, rich\, buttery\, and citrusy. It can wake you up and calm you down. Tea has a history that spans the globe and health benefits that will keep you going. It has been cultivated for over 4\,000 years and is the second most popular drink in the world (behind water). \nCome spend some time getting to know tea’s delightful flavors and aromas\, as well as its fascinating history\, how it’s made\, where it’s from\, and what it can do for you. You’ll learn how to steep tea for best flavor and sample several varieties\, such as a delicate white\, smooth oolong\, refreshing green\, malty black\, and perhaps a surprise or two. \nThis program is intended for adults and teens.

SUMMARY:2nd Shift Concert: Ward Hayden & Greg Hall
DESCRIPTION:Two-fifths of the multi-award-winning band Ward Hayden and the Outliers prove that it’s not the numbers that count\, but the music. \nWard Hayden has fronted his band The Outliers for nearly a decade (and longer before that as Girls\, Guns\, and Glory). Greg Hall has been a part of that outfit for over half of that. \nHere the two present a leaner\, simpler arrangement that still spares not a thing in the quest for soulful\, heartfelt country. Especially when their voices join together\, the duo proves that it’s not the numbers that count\, but the music. \nYou can hear for yourself on their Bandcamp release\, “Restless” or\, better yet\, come see in person March 12.
