DESCRIPTION:Every fall\, the Waltham Land Trust board of directors holds a public meeting where updates are provided on issues we’ve been tackling\, where one wonderful person is honored as our Inge Uhlir Environmentalist of the Year\, where returning and new board members are voted on\, and where a presentation on an important environmental subject is provided. This year we are thrilled to welcome professors from Brandeis who have been collecting oral histories from Walthamites about flooding in our city. \nSome may say that the highlight each year happens when the meeting ends and attendees gather to chat with each other over complimentary Toscanini’s ice cream!
