This six-story Class A building will offer 53 affordable units to households at or below certain income limits. Community amenities will include a large clubhouse\, pool\, fitness center\, dog park\, on-site parking\, and more. \nApplications for the lottery are due by February 17th\, 2025\, at 2:00pm.
