DESCRIPTION:Girlstart is hosting week-long day programs packed with hands-on STEM adventures at MacArthur Elementary for students entering 4th or 5th grade in the 2025-2026 academic year. From interactive experiments to creative challenges\, campers dive into science\, technology\, engineering\, and math in engaging ways—sparking curiosity and encouraging a lasting interest in STEM careers. \nMacArthur session: ‘Wild World’ sign up.\nEn Espanol: Enlace de Registro (MacArthur) \nPrimates and cacti and fish\, oh my! Bring the relationship between animals and plants to life at Girlstart’s summer program\, Wild World\, as you engineer a circuit bug and design a unique axolotl habitat. Create a glider that soars with the birds\, learn about bioluminescence\, and program a turtle-saving device. From tiny terrariums to elephant adaptations\, participants will use STEM to explore their favorite living things! \nWe have a limited number of spaces. You will be contacted within two business days with a confirmation email or waitlist email. If you are on the waitlist\, Girlstart will reach out if spaces become available. \n*Please only sign your child up for one week\, not both!* \n
