DESCRIPTION:The International Dance Project/ACTS will present the Broadway musical “Newsies” at the Umbrella Arts Center\, 40 Stow Street\, Concord\, Massachusetts. \nPerformances:\nFriday\, Jan. 9\, 7:30 p.m.\nSaturday\, Jan. 10\, 8 p.m.\nSunday\, Jan. 11\, 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. \n\nSeating is reserved. For the best choice of seating\, we recommend that tickets be purchased online at www.acts1.org or www.ticketstage.com/acts. Tickets purchased at the theater box office on the day of the show must be paid by check or cash. No credit or debit cards accepted at the door.\n\nThis production is produced by Stephanie Mavrides of Waltham. The Alexander Children’s Theatre School rehearses at Piety Corner in Waltham and was the Waltham Recreation Department’s former Summer Drama & Dance resident company from 1998-2019. This production is directed by Sharon Bisantz of Lowell\, choreographed by Tricia Whitlock with  music directed by Andrew Wray. The assistant music director and stage manager is Stella Fisher of Lexington. \nThe cast\, which features many Waltham residents\, can be viewed at www.acts1.org.
