Beaver and Lexington intersection is scene of another collision

Waltham emergency crews responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Beaver Street and Lexington Street around round 11:40 a.m. this morning.

Responders found a single vehicle had crashed into a utility pole. The sole occupant of the car declined medical care at the scene. Preliminary reports indicate that the vehicle may have swerved to avoid a collision with another car before striking the pole.

The Waltham Wires Department was dispatched to assess potential damage to utility lines and ensure safety in the area.
