Friday, May 16 — Warm and Partly Sunny, PM Shower Risk

A classic late-spring day with filtered sunshine through mid-afternoon. Highs climb to 78–80°F across much of Waltham, with a light south wind around 6–9 mph. Humidity begins to creep up, but conditions stay comfortable. After 6 p.m., an approaching disturbance could trigger a few isolated showers or even a rumble of thunder, particularly north and west of the city. Most areas remain dry. Friday night is mostly cloudy and mild, with patchy fog possible and lows around 60–62°F.
