Bald eagle sighting

Luis Moran was passing through the Crescent Laundromat parking lot at 73 Crescent St. on the afternoon of Jan. 10 when he spotted a bald eagle in a nearby tree. “It was the first time in my life watching our national bird,” he said. “Amazing experience.”

Wonderful! I hope the prey it is eating isn’t a rodent who consumed anti-coagulant rodenticides, which could have a deadly effect on the eagle.
