Two people taken to hosptial after vehicles collide at Hammond and School streets

Around 1 p.m. Monday, emergency crews responded to Hammond and School streets for a reported two-vehicle crash. Upon arrival, crews found two vehicles with airbag deployment. Two people were evaluated at the scene and taken to a local hospital for further treatment. Traffic was briefly affected while crews cleared the area.
