Waltham resident John Allen was riding his bicycle down Summit Avenue on Monday, March 9, around 1:30 p.m. when he came upon an MBTA bus blocking the road. The bus appeared to have driven into Cedarwood and tried to make a sharp left turn from Florence Road onto Summit Avenue when the front of the bus became stuck on a snowbank, Allen said. “The left rear wheel was spinning out in another snowbank.” The bus was extricated and gone by 3 p.m. when Allen returned along the route.
