Phineas is an adorable tabby, ready for his forever home

Phineas (“Phin”) is an adorable 1-year-old tabby offering the total package to his forever family: affection, playfulness and irresistible charm.

A true social butterfly, Phin loves everyone he meets and is genuinely thrilled when new guests stop by. He’s a shameless ham who lives to soak up attention and thrives on companionship. Phin wants his people nearby and would do best in a home that’s a bit on the busier side, as he doesn’t love being alone all day.

He sleeps on the bed for at least a few hours each night and starts every morning with the sweetest little cuddle routine.

In the evenings, Phin’s zoomies kick in and he dashes happily around the house. A feline friend around his age (or younger) would likely be a wonderful match, giving him a buddy to help burn off that kitten energy.

Phin is Feline Immunodeficiency Virus positive. It’s important to know that FIV+ and FIV- cats can safely live together. FIV is transmitted only through deep bite wounds — not through grooming, sharing bowls or normal play — so in a stable, friendly home, the risk to other cats is minimal. FIV+ cats can live a normal lifespan.

He also has feline lower urinary tract disease, so his litter box habits should be monitored daily. He’ll need a committed adopter who stays attentive to his urinary health, but with proper care and consistency, many cats with FLUTD do very well.

A sweetheart through and through, Phineas is ready to devote himself completely to his forever family.
