The Waltham Fire Department announced that its four newest members have graduated from the Boston Fire Academy and were honored Tuesday, April 21, at a ceremony at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center.  Waltham Fire Department probationary firefighters Kevin Dann, Ethan Huang, Jordan Fischer and Stevenson Youyoute started their training on January 12.  They will continue their training with the Boston Fire Department and then return to Waltham for a few more weeks of training before joining the frontlines.

WFD Chief Andrew Mullin joined members of the training division and other WFD command staff to recognize this accomplishment and important step in the new firefighters’ careers.  “I wish our new graduates continued success as they enter the fire service ready to serve the citizens of Waltham,” Mullin said.
