Guided forest bathing is a gentle and relaxing practice that restores our connection with ourselves and the landscape around us. Take time out for yourself in this very special opportunity to connect with others and experience forest bathing together in a group led by certified forest therapy guide and award-winning author Nadine Mazzola. Awaken the joy and awe of nature.
