How to stay ‘hand healthy’

Occupational therapists specializing in hand and wrist function will educate you on common diagnosis, symptoms and therapeutic interventions as well as adaptive equipment. They will also discuss resources and treatment recommendations for hand and wrist conditions.
This workshop series is offered at no cost to YMCA members and is presented in partnership with Mass General Brigham at Newton Wellesley Hospital. No registration is required.
