The duo of Kyra Davies, fiddle, viola, vocals; and Sean Smith, guitar, bouzouki, tenor banjo, vocals; play music from Ireland, Scotland and Cape Breton, among other places, bringing out the distinctive qualities of each tune or song for the enjoyment of their audiences. $25 General Admission, $20 member, $15 Card to Culture.
Lexington Pops Chorus will hold two free open rehearsals September 8 and 15. We invite new singers to join us in September and January, especially tenors. Auditions are not required, but singers must be able to read music. We sing a wide variety of music, including classical, jazz, blues, folk, gospel, Broadway and more.
