After a long journey, Patches needs a home

Patches is a sweet, resilient young kitty who has traveled far to find her forever family and embrace her second chance at life.

Due to her poor vision, Patches is shy at first and will do best in a home with patient humans and at least one mellow cat sibling. Once she warms up, though, Patches reveals her true nature as a kind kitty companion who will bring so much joy to your life.

Though younger than a year old, Patches has already persevered through quite the rough patch. She was found as a kitten in an underground parking garage in Qatar, where an infection tragically blinded her in one eye and left her with a cataract in the other. This led to her limited vision and initial hesitation around new spaces and people.

Despite these obstacles, Patches demonstrated remarkable bravery and adaptability in her foster home in Qatar. With the guidance of her foster cat siblings, she learned to navigate her surroundings and began trusting her foster mom. When her foster mom had to leave Qatar, a kindhearted samaritan brought Patches to The Cat Connection to help her find the loving forever family she deserves.

If you’re ready to open your heart and home to Patches, you’ll be giving this courageous little kitty a fresh start and a new lease on life. Are you interested in adopting Patches? If you are interested in adopting, please fill out our online adoption application.
