The Recreation Department announced its spring lineup, with online registration for its programs now open.

Registration began March 18 and is open to Waltham residents only.

The English brochure for the spring programs is available in English (pdf format) and in Spanish.

Registration for summer 2025 programs will begin April 8 at 9 a.m.

During April school vacation week, the department is offering four programs: field trips and activities for grades six through eight and programs focusing on the outdoors, crafts and games, and sports for kindergartners through fifth-graders.

Activities for early release days on March 26 and April 9 are available for school-aged kids through eighth grade.

There are many ongoing weekly programs for preschoolers, kindergartners, youth, teens and adults. See the brochure for details.

Family Fun programs at 510 Moody St. will occur May 10 (2 to 5 p.m.) and June 6 (5 to 8 p.m.); registration is required.

The schedule for Prospect Hill amusements will be released at a later date.
