CallMiner, an AI-powered conversation intelligence and customer experience automation company, has been named one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts in the 18th annual employee-based survey project from The Boston Globe.

Located at 890 Winter St., CallMiner has had its corporate headquarters in Waltham for more than 14 years. It’s a remote-first company with more than 300 employees working from many geographical regions, including Waltham and across New England.

“Our greatest priority is the people who make our work possible. We design our policies and benefits programs with them in mind supporting not only career growth but also personal and financial well-being, family needs and life outside of work. From flexible schedules to meaningful professional development and community involvement opportunities, we want every employee to feel that they can grow, contribute and belong here,” said Tracy Ryan, vice president of human resources at CallMiner.

The company also conducts an annual internal employee satisfaction survey and uses the results to drive change and make improvements across departments.

Over the past few years local Boston and Waltham employees have volunteered at the Healthy Waltham food pantry. CallMiner offers volunteer time off, which empowers employees to find causes that are meaningful to them and contribute to their communities, in Waltham and beyond.

This is the fourth time CallMiner has made the Top Places to Work list. It is ranked 22nd in the medium-size companies category, up four places from 2024.
