Daniel Salgado Bolivar, 23, of 219 Orchard St., Watertown, pleaded not guilty to assault and battery at his arraignment on Sept. 17. Bolivar was arrested by Watertown Police on a warrant for the alleged offense following an incident at approximately 11:03 p.m. on Sept. 16. Bolivar was released from Waltham District Court on the condition that he appear for his Lavallee hearing on Nov. 3.

Mikayel Balyan, 38, of 44 Brewster Rd., Waltham, pleaded not guilty to assault and battery of a family or household member and two counts of strangulation or suffocation at his arraignment on Sept. 22. Balyan was arrested by Waltham Police for the alleged offenses at approximately 11:51 p.m. on Sept. 20. Balyan was released from Waltham District Court on the condition that he appear for his pretrial hearing on Nov. 5.

Anthony Auturo Flores, 30, of 79 Rockaway St., Lynn, pleaded not guilty to assault and battery of a family or household member and intimidation of a witness, juror or police or court official at his arraignment on Sept. 22. Flores was arrested by Watertown Police for the alleged offenses at approximately 7:51 a.m. on Sept. 22. Flores was released from Waltham District Court on the condition that he appear for his status review hearing on Nov. 6.
