Police alert to missing 17-year-old

The Waltham Police Department issued an alert at 7:30 a.m. on Jan. 20 about 17-year-old Cesar Alvarez Mena, who has been reported missing. The teenager was last seen on Jan. 18, 2025, at 11 a.m. He is a Hispanic male with dark hair and dark eyes.
