Thursday, May 1 — Increasing Clouds, Shower Risk Late

Morning sun gives way to building clouds in the afternoon as a frontal system nears. A few isolated showers may break out after 4 p.m., but most of the day looks dry. Temperatures remain seasonably warm, with highs around 68–71°F. Winds stay out of the southwest at 8–12 mph. Thursday night features a greater chance for scattered showers with lows near 52°F.
