Waltham Fields Community Farm hosted its annual “Supper on the Farm” fundraiser on Monday. Supporters of the farm converged from far and wide to share a meal of succulent vegetables harvested on the Beaver Street farm and from its partner farms. Waltham resident, Chef Dan Lane of The Tack Room in Lincoln, prepared the extensive menu.

The event’s proceeds will provide support for this year’s food access and education programs, said WFCF executive director Stacey Daley. These programs include VegRx, the mobile outreach market, Food For All, subsidized CSA shares and subsidized distribtions to the Waltham Public Schools’ meal program.
