  1. This is the second E-Bike/Scooter accident (with injuries) on Lowell Street in the past 3 weeks! The operation of bicycles, e-bikes, e-scooters on Lowell Street is unsafe due to poor visibility from parked tall vans, pick-up trucks and even mini-vans. The visibility issues plus the constant speeding is making traveling on Lowell problematic. The new stop signs and traffic-calming features outlined by Mayor McCarthy can’t come soon enough!
